May is Mental Health Month!
As part of our commitment to encouraging our students to be healthy, our counselor Mrs. Wells will be encouraging SMS students to participate in Mental Health themed activities this month. Students who participate in ANY of the activities will have their names entered in a drawing for a prize.

Mr. Hitt doesn't seek recognition very often, if ever. That made it all the more fun for us to surprise him! Every day he shows up, works hard, and tries to help our students and staff have better days. Happy Principal Appreciation Day to our fearless leader! SMS is so thankful to have a principal like him!

The annual Sullivan County CEO Tradeshow is at 5:30 pm tonight at the Sullivan Civic Center! The students have been working hard to prepare their products and services for purchase. Stop by and support these young entrepreneurs!

These hard-working ladies keep our school running and today we were so happy to celebrate them with lunch and gifts! Happy Secretary/Administrative Professional Day to this awesome team! We are so thankful for all that they do.
