Looking for something to do tomorrow? All Sullivan County middle school students are invited to the Sullivan Park and Lake beach for volleyball, kickball, Foam Homies, animals, lunch and more! Time is from 10 am to 2 pm and it is a free event.
May is Mental Health Month! Even though it's a busy time of the year, find some time to get outside!
5 minutes of walking in nature improves mood, self-esteem, and relaxation. Frequent exposure to nature reduces anxiety and depression while promoting a sense of well-being and fulfillment.
Mrs. Wells took Nora, Kate, and Natalie outside today as part of a Mindful Morning activity! All SMS students have the opportunity to sign up for Mindful Mornings via the SignUp Genius sent to them in their emails.
We enjoyed having some 5th grade visitors come over for their 5th grade tour today! Our student council members showed them around and answered their questions. A warm welcome from all of us at SMS, future arrows!
SWSC archers will be competing in the U.S. Eastern National Tournament tomorrow through Sunday at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville. Archers - We are so proud of your dedication, hard work, and accomplishments! Good luck at Nationals!
