On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America. In Southwestern Indiana, residents will experience total darkness for 4 minutes and 5 seconds. Because of this, SWSC will be CLOSED on April 8th.

A big thank you to USI for your donations of school supplies! Our staff and students are so grateful to have such amazing community partners.
Students shared lots of things that give them hope today at lunch! At the end of the week, these will be put together to make a large "Wall of Hope" mural. A big thank you to the SMS student council kids who helped set up and kept everything running smoothly!
In observance of suicide prevention week, SMS students are creating kindness rocks in art class to spread positivity and hope to their fellow students. Stay tuned for their finished creations!
It’s a great night to check out our future high school athletes! We have middle school soccer, cross country, and tennis as well as SMS volleyball going on tonight - all on one campus!
