Southwest School Corporation

This year Southwest School Corporation is asking parents to fill out enrollment forms for the 2012-2013 school year from our online harmony website. An email was sent with the your child's Harmony username and password. If you didn't receive this email or don't know your child's Harmony username and password you can email harmony@swest.k12.in.us and your child's credentials will be sent to you. By registering online you will be able to learn who your child's home teacher is, see class schedules, pay book fees, place money on your child's lunch account, apply for Free and Reduced lunches and complete required enrollment forms.

New students will be required to come to the school to enroll, however returning students can enroll entirely online and do not need to come to school. Kindergarten students that attended Kindergarten Roundup last Spring will not need to come to the school and should be able to enroll online. You will have to complete the enrollment process online for all of your children that attend school in Southwest Schools. Each school will be open on specific dates and times for those who do not have computer or Internet access and for new students. Click on the links below to see those dates and to enroll online.

Sullivan Elementary School, Sullivan High School, Sullivan Middle School, and Carlisle Elementary Middle School encourages the use of the Harmony online student management system for web enrollment in August. Parents be sure to upgrade your student's information for the 2012-2013 school year. Log in to Harmony using your student's web ID and password and click on the demographics link to the left. If you need a web ID please call your school or email harmony@swest.k12.in.us and request a web ID and password for each student enrolled at Southwest School Corporation.
