Enrollment
This year Sullivan Elementary School is asking
parents to fill out online enrollment forms for the 2012-2013 school
year from our Harmony website. We will have computers set up in the
school during enrollment on Wednesday August 1st and Thursday August
2nd from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for those who do not have access to
a computer at home. Letters were mailed home on Friday July 27th to
all parents at SES giving you access to your child's Harmony
account. An email was also sent with the same information. If you
don't know your child's Harmony username and password you can email
harmony@swest.k12.in.us and you child's credentials will be sent to
you. By registering online starting August 1st and 2nd, you will be
able to learn who your child's home teacher is, pay book fees, place
money on your child's lunch account, apply for Free and Reduced
lunches and complete required enrollment forms. There will be no
paperwork for you to fill out at the school. New students will be
required to come to the school to enroll, however returning students
can enroll entirely online and do not need to come to school.
Kindergarten students that attended Kindergarten Roundup last Spring
will not need to come to the school and should be able to enroll
online. You will have to complete the enrollment process online for
all of your children that attend school in Southwest Schools.
Sullivan
Elementary School, Sullivan High School, Sullivan Middle School, and
Carlisle Elementary Middle School encourages the use of the Harmony online
student management system for web enrollment in August. For complete
