This year Carlisle Elementary & Jr. High School  is asking parents to download many of the enrollment forms for the 2011-2012 school year from our website. The purpose of this is to help parents get as many of the forms filled out before they come to the school for enrollment. Some of the forms are for just information purposes only. You need not fill out anything, just download the forms.  Next year we hope to do even better in we will make the forms totally interactive online to be filled in without having to print the forms out. But this year we are asking parents/guardians to download and print out a copy of the forms they need from the list below. Then bring the hard copies filled out with you to registration. The informational forms are for you and do not need to be turned in to the school . Just bring the copies of forms you had to fill out to return to school.  It should speed up the enrollment process for you and make the enrollment easier in a shorter amount of time. Hopefully the lines will move quicker and less time for the parents.

Enrollment and Registration Times for Carlisle Elementary & Jr. High School

Registration will be on Tuesday August 2nd from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Carlisle Elementary & Jr. High School for grades K-8.

Registration will be Wednesday August 3rd from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Carlisle Elementary & Jr. High School for grades K-8.

Registration will also be Thursday August 4th from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Carlisle Elementary & Jr. High School for grades K-8.

Forms to Download

The next few paragraphs will be forms you can download by clicking on the links provided. As we stated earlier, please feel free to download the forms that pertain to you, print them out, then fill out, and bring them into school during enrollment. This should help speed up the process.

Also we currently have a system that will allow you to pay for textbooks and cafeteria lunch balances with a credit card online. You can pay for textbooks and apply money to lunch accounts with a credit card. To do this login in to you child harmony account. The choose online payment. Then you may just need to come to turn in the forms and not need to worry about paying the fees. This would also help speed things up for you during enrollment.
